TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions will apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by the seller to the buyer excluding all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which the buyer may profess to apply under any purchase order confirmation or order or similar document.
Goods supplied by the seller are warranted in accordance with the normal limits of merchantable quality and no condition is made or implied nor is any other warranty given; to be inferred as to the suitability of goods for any particular purpose or for use under any specific conditions not withstanding that such purpose or condition may be known or made known to the seller. All other warranties conditions or terms relating to fitness of purpose merchantability or condition of the goods and whether implied by statute or common law or otherwise are excluded.
The seller shall not be responsible other that as a result of the negligence of itself or its employees for damage of any kind or nature what so ever in respect of product supplied by the seller resulting from the possession, handling or use by the buyer or others where or not it is used alone or in combination with other products
Accepting delivery of the goods shall be deemed to be conclusive. Evident of the buyers acceptant of these conditions.
All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the buyer to purchase goods in accordance with these conditions.
Any products represented by the buyer to be faulty if returned to the seller and accepted by it as faulty will at the request of the buyer and if practicable be replaced as ordered or be limited to the price paid for those products only. In particular the seller shall be under no liability whatever to the buyer for any indirect or consequential loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the buyer arising out of a breach by the seller of these conditions.
Should default be made by the buyer paying any sum due under any order as and when it becomes due the seller shall have the right either to suspend all further deliveries until the default be made good or to cancel the order so far as any goods remain to be delivered there under. The buyer will notify the seller of any damage of goods in transit within 24 hours from time of delivery. Payment is by credit card/ cheque prior to dispatch of the goods.
For account customers our payment terms are 30 days net of invoice date. The seller reserved the right to charge interest on late payment at the rate of 4% above the minimum lending rate of Natwest Bank plc.
Not with standing that title to the goods does not pass the goods shall be at the buyers risk as from delivery
Title to the goods provided by the seller will not pass to the buyer until payment in full has been made to and received by the seller. The seller shall be entitled to recover the price (inc VAT) not withstanding that the title in any of the goods has not passed from the seller.
Any recommendations, advice or suggestions relating to the use of any product by the company or its employees are given in good faith but the buyer must satisfy himself as to the fitness of purpose of the goods for his own particular use and all statements representations or warranties made or given by the seller its agents or servants whether orally or in writing or in any of the sellers( literature, catalogues and advertisements) regarding the quality and fitness or purpose of the goods or any of the goods are excluded. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 24 hours after having been delivered to the buyer.
Force Majeure. The seller shall not be liable for any default due to any act of god, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, draught, tempest or other event beyond its control.
In the event of any dispute as to the passing of the title in any goods tilt shall be deemed to have not passed unless the buyer proves conclusively to the contrary in each case.
Rolta It Ltd Returns Policy
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Rolta It Ltd However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
We will exchange or refund your purchase either before or up to 21 days following the day of delivery if you return the item to us as set out below, but it must be returned unused condition with proof of purchase and in its original packaging,
This does not affect your consumer rights and if you open the goods to inspect them, you can still cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days* following the day the goods are delivered.
You may cancel your purchase byreturning the product to us with your receipt and bringing the card you paid with so we can credit it to our premises Contact us on 0208 848 4445 with your ordernumber and delivery details
In most cases, your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. If the product used to test or install and is deemed by the consumer to be faulty it should be returned in its original state with the original box and packaging. All hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts, that is unopened and still in its sealed package or, may be returned within 21 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees. Any product returned to Rolta It Ltd without prior notice will be considered as unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product and Rolta It Ltd will not ship the product back to you.
Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them. We cannot cancel your purchase when you return your product to us without proof of purchase
If there is a fault with your product within the applicable product guarantee period on the website or other defect with your order, we will normally offer a prompt replacement you will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be in otherwise 'as new' condition if possible, with the original box and packaging

We are open from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, “working days” means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery only.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
